Vancouver, Canada — Tinka Resources Limited (“Tinka” or the “Company”) (TSXV: TK) (OTCPK: TKRFF) is pleased to announce that at the Company’s Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders held on February 27, 2015 (the “AGM”), Messrs. Graham Carman, Nick DeMare, David Henstridge, William Lee and Ms. Yanina Barila were elected to serve as directors of the Company. Shareholders of the Company also approved and ratified the Company’s existing 10% rolling Stock Option Plan. In addition, disinterested shareholder approval was obtained for the potential creation of a new “Control Person” of the Company as more particularly described in the Company’s Information Circular. Subsequent to the AGM, the board of directors appointed Mr. Carman as President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. DeMare as Chief Financial Officer, Mr. John Nebocat as Vice President of Exploration and Ms. Mariana Bermudez as Corporate Secretary. Messrs. DeMare, Henstridge and Lee have been re-appointed as members of the Audit Committee.
